Motek has experienced strong growth in recent years. Logistics Manager Thomas Randlev can confirm that the logistics solutions are working as desired. Each order is automatically scanned to ensure it is sorted correctly in Norway's greenest logistics building.
Norwegian company Motek, which supplies tools, fasteners, and services to the construction, civil engineering, and industrial sectors, has moved into a new 29,000-square-meter headquarters and warehouse in Oslo, with the warehouse accounting for one-third of the space.
In the Autostore facility, 21 robots work all over to pick goods from a total of 33,600 storage bins and transport them to the packing stations. Every day, Motek picks, packs, and delivers around 3,500 product lines, and the solution is designed for further growth.
